I have a diverse background, which has contributed to my ability to understand a wide variety of roles, industries, and workplace cultures. I love learning about people, organizations, and teams – their motivators, drivers, and needs – and creatively figuring out how we can partner to achieve success.

As a Business Administration major working as a recruiter I love making connections and learning about people and the world around me.  I enjoy building our connections and using technology in creative ways to support hiring needs.  My focus is actuarial search, hourly staff and internships.  My goal is to leave a positive impact on everyone I meet and learn as much as I can.
